WGF 2015 – So It Begins
World Goth Fair is live and the gates to the cemetery have been thrown open. There is so much to buy and all of it wonderful. With so much choice it was hard to decide where to start, but I settled on a designer I was previously unaware of; Salt & Pepper. I love this outfit; it’s 2 separate pieces. So the skirt and the corset can be worn together or paired up with other things in your wardrobe. I really love when designers make outfits are separates. For me it gives even more live to their clothes.

Sium Taxi

Normally I wouldn’t devote a whole post to a single item in an event, but this is a very special case. Back on 2012 at the first World Goth Fair Axi Kurmin released a set of jewellery called My Poisonous Friend. The necklace in this set fast became my go to necklace and is by far my favourite piece of jewellery in SL. (I’d murder for a RL version) When I saw that she had designed a pair of companion shoes and was releasing them at GxG I squealed with delight. We’re talking real sounds here and a funny look of confusion from my husband.
These shoes are amazing and again I’d murder for a RL version. The ones on my toes are the GxG Exclusive red pair, but you can also get the non-exclusive version that has a colour hud and so many colour options. The shoes are for Slink High Feet, so you’ll be needing those if you haven’t got them already. Who’re we kidding though; you’ll buy the feet just for these shoes.

Victorian
I bought the arm warmers and then I bought the boots. Of course then I had to find something to wear them both with. Luckily ACS helped in that respect as I bought more Victorian inspired clothes in that event than I think I have in a very long time. Kita’s Sideshow has come to the rescue with this lovely skirt and top with its two tone black colour and all those wonderful ruffles. The blacks matched very well with both the boots and the arm warmers making it a sure match.

I Fell In With The Spiders – WGF 2014

A Very Dark Gothmas
Gothmas by Gaslight is one of those events that I look forward to. With all this happiness and cheer, it’s nice to have a darker side to go shopping in. This year we got 2 lovely shopping locales to fill our dancing needs with. One is located on Cursed and you can get to it HERE. The other is located at Sium and you can get to it HERE.
I adore this year’s build done by Lokii and decorated by her and Axi. Every time she does a build I’m blown away and I think that she’s outdone herself. Then she does another build and I’m amazed again. Lokii is just made of awesome.
So the boots, dress, lipstick and necklace all came from GxG. Beautiful Freak has several bits of make-up on offer and I bought 2 of the lipsticks just because they fit perfectly. I have a hard time finding lipsticks that aren’t made for a forever puckering sex doll. I broke my No Gacha rule for the necklace from Malfean Visions. Luckily I got this one on my second try.

Autumn Cafe
I seem to be spending an awful lot of time in cafes at the moment. I think it’s because it is October which means lots of cold wind and hot drinks while the leaves fall. Whether in RL or in SL, Setpt/October is my favourite time of year. I love the cold and the wind and the leaves.

Skulls!
As previously mentioned, I love skulls. So this is my little skull themed outfit with a little black plaid thrown in. Wearing some of my very favourite designers here. There are some shops that I just keep going back to again and again. Mesh has really changed the game too. While I do sometimes see the same mesh template in several shops, the items are so completely different. So who cares if someone uses a template. Gimme those fab outfits.

I Got New Boots!
I got new boots!
This of course meant that I had to go shopping just so I could find the right thing to go with them. I found several something, but this one was gotten from a new shop find.
